Position Overview:
Under general supervision, the Order Processing Specialist is responsible for managing a wide variety of orders for materials and merchandise. This role handles a complex order processing system and may be involved in tracking orders from placement to delivery using either manual or computerized systems. The specialist will maintain records of orders, prices, inventory, and related data, following defined procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process a diverse range of material and merchandise orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize manual or computerized systems to track orders from placement to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, inventory, and other essential data.
- Review legal documents and scan important documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Support high volume office activities with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two or more years of related experience in order processing or a similar field.
- Experience reviewing legal documents and scanning materials.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
