Overnight Manufacturing Associate – Full-Time Temp-to-Hire | C Shift | Lima, NY

Looking for a night shift role with steady hours and good pay? Recent grads and mechanically inclined candidates are welcome! Train on B Shift for a few weeks, then move to the overnight schedule.

Our clean and organized facility, located about 15–20 minutes from Henrietta, Avon, and Honeoye Falls, provides hands-on paid training and a supportive team environment.

Shift & Pay:

• 3rd Shift (Sun–Thu, 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM): $18.40/hr 

What You'll Do Each Day:

• Operate and maintain production and packaging machinery safely and accurately
• Inspect, label, and package finished products with attention to detail
• Assist with production tasks including quality checks, labeling, and shipping
• Record accurate production data and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with your team to meet production targets and improve processes
• Complete initial training on B Shift before transitioning to overnight hours

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Reliable transportation (carpooling options welcome; facility not accessible by bus)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in English
• Dependable attendance and team-oriented mindset
