Position: Picker/Packer
Pay Rate: $23-$26 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift (9AM-5PM)
Location: Bridgewater, MA

What You'll Do:

• Carefully assemble Trauma Sets by arranging small screws and instruments into trays following a precise shadow board layout.
• Ensure all parts are matched to their respective trays with the highest level of accuracy.
• Perform detailed quality checks on trays to confirm proper placement and alignment of components.
• Use our ERP system to log and verify parts and complete sets efficiently.
• Be a team player—take part in training and be open to handling various tasks within the warehouse as needed.
