Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation

$26.00 per hour

Shift

6pm – 6:30am on a 2-2-3schedule

What you'll do as Manufacturing Technician II:
  • Operate assigned machinery, service automated inspection equipment, monitor equipment status, and manually palletize materials.
  • Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections, escalate concerns, and obtain visual inspection qualification.
  • Start up and make minor adjustments to equipment, clear jams, perform minor troubleshooting and assembly/disassembly for cleaning.
  • Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts.
  • Conduct cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance activities.
  • Enter batch record and GMP documentation, including mathematical computation.
  • Maintain product security and adhere to safety procedures including PPEs, ergonomics, LOTO, and chemical handling.
  • Support process improvement work such as 5S and participate in Kaizen events, manual tracking for OEE and analysis.
  • Review process documents for accuracy; provide suggestions for quality and compliance improvements.
  • Perform all other assigned duties with minimal supervision according to SOPs, cGMPs, and OSHA guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to effectively understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail; keep accurate records and perform calculations.
Preferred Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school graduate also welcome.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
  • Prior production and LEAN manufacturing experience.
