Now Hiring: Part-Time Manual Pallet Jack Operator – Madison, WI

Position Summary

  • Title: Warehouse Associate (Shipper & Receiver)
  • Status: Part-time
  • Location: Madison, Wisconsin
  • Hours: 8 AM – 12 PM, Monday – Friday
  • Pay: $18/hr

Interview & Hiring Process

  • Opportunity for temp-to-hire.
  • Potential for more hours in the summer if hired permanently.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operating a manual pallet jack is required.
  • General warehouse experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills desired (NetSuite experience is a plus).
  • Someone who is open to learning and adapting to new processes.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle freight, mainly shipping and receiving.
  • Palletizing and wrapping (shrink/schrap wrap); receiving items.
  • Handle deliveries from UPS and FedEx.
  • Operate manual pallet jack.
  • Heavy lifting required at times. 
  • Perform general warehouse tasks as needed.

Requirements & Preferences

  • Manual pallet jack experience required; forklift experience is a plus.
  • General warehouse familiarity.
  • Basic computer experience helpful.
  • Closed-toed shoes required (no graphics, not fancy).
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and be a team player.
  • Physically able to lift heavy items.
