Panel Wiring Assembler
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible for occasional afternoon or evening shift rotations)
Pay Rate: $20-23/hr

Do you have manufacturing experience and a mechanical aptitude for assembly work? Join our skilled team as a Panel Wiring Assembler in Markham, ON, and help build products that power innovation in renewable energy.

What you'll do:

  • Assemble electrical panels and subassemblies following instructions, engineering drawings, and schematics
  • Mount, punch, drill, and install components inside enclosures and on panels
  • Build, crimp, route, and tie wire harnesses and cables to technical specifications
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring issues, repairing as needed with minimal supervision
  • Prepare products for shipment, complete packaging, auditing, and warehouse transfers
  • Perform SAP inventory transactions and help maintain accurate work-in-progress inventory
  What you bring:
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required (electrical engineering background is an asset)
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring schematics
  • Basic computer skills and solid communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong attention to detail, a knack for troubleshooting, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Able to regularly stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 35lbs
  • Flexible attitude and readiness to adapt to different shifts and work areas
