We're seeking a Part Time Administrative Coordinator for a 100% Remote position supporting a premier Fortune 500 aerospace company which is headquartered in East Hartford, CT. The Part Time Administrative Coordinatorjob might be an outstanding fit if you are:
- Able to work 4-5 days and 20-30 hours each week
- Highly organized with strong prioritization, time management, and project management skills
- A proficient to advanced-level user in all MS Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- A proactive self-starter with strong follow through

What's a typical day as a Part Time Administrative Coordinator? You'll be:
- Managing timelines for projects by tracking and updating data, following up with stakeholders to obtain updates and status on in progress items, coordinating workflows, etc.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Other duties as assigned
