Description

On behalf of a renowned gourmet chocolate manufacturer, Kelly Services is hiring an experienced Part-Time Contract Recruiter to join their energetic HR team. This position will run through the end of November.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly positions, from sourcing and screening to hiring talent ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

$30.00 Per Hour

Flexible 25-hour work week in the office.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless and efficient process for all parties.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure quick fulfillment of current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and acting as a trusted liaison throughout the process.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and excellence in every detail.
  • Experience with Success Factors is a plus!
