Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
Position Type: Temporary

What's a typical day as a Part-Time Mail Services Specialist? You'll be:

• Opening, prepping, and scanning mail to ensure efficient operations.
• Preparing incoming electronic mail (E-Prep/FTP) for processing.
• Handling outbound mail using postal equipment such as mail inserters, postage meters, and computer systems, along with managing outgoing overnight packages.
• Completing other mailroom tasks as assigned to support overall department needs.
• Reporting to the Mailroom Supervisor or designated team lead.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Have basic computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Can comfortably stand or sit for extended periods.
• Are capable of making sound decisions and adapting to changing assignments.
• Can learn new policies and procedures and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Are flexible with tasks and willing to support team goals.
• Are able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Have previous mailroom experience (preferred).
