Kelly Services, in collaboration with a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Parts and Inventory Coordinator in Hanover, MA . This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire!
Salary:
- $22 - $27/hr (depending on experience)
Shift:
- 1st shift: Mon – Fri | 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Job duties include creating and processing sales orders for parts, maintaining inventory and providing customer service to internal and external customers. Interacts with sales and service technicians as well as other employees.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
- Process and enter customer orders into Enterprise Resource Planning system
- Purchasing parts and maintaining adequate inventory
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer parts orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Research and troubleshoot customer difficulties
- Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Building kits and small assemblies.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and good-naturedly with internal and external customers.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong PC skills
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel required
