Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Warranty Parts Return Specialist includes collaborating with dealer parts warranty and service customers, as well as managing the Warranty Parts Return Inbox to respond to inquiries from external customers promptly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM
Pay: $26.75
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support dealership personnel in navigating Nissan Infiniti Warranty Part Return policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the Warranty Parts Return Inbox and respond to customer questions in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of dealer-facing debit/credits and process batches to the host system.
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to both internal and external Nissan customers.
  • Assist with the warehouse return process.
  • Maintain effective communication and demonstrate strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Work independently with minimal management guidance while demonstrating self-directed leadership.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC applications to produce a variety of documents.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration or parts service roles, preferably working with dealers.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screen.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and other PC applications to produce routine reports.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
