Description

Kelly is seeking a Parts Specialist to work at a premier client in Fargo, ND. In this critical role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the inventory management by ordering, verifying, and managing parts while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.

Pay rate: $22-$26/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm

What's a typical day as a Parts Specialist? You'll be:
• Ordering parts from various vendors based on internal requests or inventory levels
• Verifying and ensuring accuracy of purchase orders, including pricing and quantity
• Answering inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order status
• Stocking parts in designated inventory locations, maintaining organization and accessibility
• Monitoring inventory levels and reordering stock as needed to prevent shortages
• Assisting with physical inventories as needed
• Updating computerized inventory records to reflect current stock levels
• Performing all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
• Lifting and transporting parts to designated storage areas, utilizing proper lifting techniques
• Walking through warehouse or storage areas to locate and retrieve parts as needed
• Receiving incoming parts shipments, inspecting for damages or discrepancies
• Following up on outstanding orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues
• Collaborating with other team members to optimize inventory management processes
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of parts storage areas
• Complying with safety regulations and guidelines when handling and storing parts


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have previous experience in parts ordering or inventory management (preferred)
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Have the ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as walking and standing for extended periods
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
• Have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
