What's a typical day as Patient Support Reimbursement Supervisor? You'll be:

• Approving organization Travel Support Program Expense Summary Reports generated by the PSRS team.
• Providing support to cover for other PSRS Supervisors when they are out of the office, assisting team members with reimbursement cases, and offering direct feedback and coaching.
• Managing reimbursement escalations and appeals in collaboration with the Team Manager, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Associates degree
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, pharmaceutical/medical call center experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate patient empathy and support is required, bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Have demonstrated leadership in providing best-in-class customer reimbursement support and fostering a positive call center team environment.
• Possess strong empathy skills to effectively communicate with patients and caregivers.
• Are capable of troubleshooting issues and escalating them to the appropriate teams to ensure timely reimbursement and satisfaction.
