Job Title: Pick and Pack Associate – Night Shift
Location: Mocksville, NC
Pay Rate: $19.54 per hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule (Nights)
Shift Hours: 7:50 PM – 8:00 AM
Duration: 3 weeks (with potential for extension based on performance)
Start Date: ASAP
Training: First week will Train on day shift
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dependable Pick and Pack Associates for the night shift in Mocksville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products, preparing materials for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders according to specifications

Perform quality checks on outgoing products

Maintain accurate inventory records

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Train on day shift for the first week before moving to night schedule
Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Reliable transportation and strong attendance
-
Must be able to work overnight on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Note: This is a short-term assignment with a high possibility of extension for strong performers.
