Pay Rate & Compensation:
Starting at $15.00/hr based on the role 
**In addition to that there is an hourly bonus starting at $2.30/hr bringing the starting hourly pay (Wage + Bonus) to $17.30 for pick and pack, spending on shift and job duties the pay changes from there**

What's a typical day as a Pick and Pack Associate? You'll be:
• Reading customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items to be picked and packed.
• Moving items from bulk containers or racks according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, or product code.
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean, safe, and accessible while assisting in the counting and tracking of materials.
• Scans materials and moves them according to standard work instructions where applicable
• Assists in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed.  May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Organizing facility or warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Are computer literate with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Are detail-oriented and capable of accurately tracking inventory and materials.
• Self-motivated  
• Able to work with diverse group of people and be a team player
• Flexible – able to work overtime or varying shifts as required to support the demands of the business
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
