Now Hiring: Picker Packers – Pomona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Role:
Join a well-established dental distributor and manufacturer in Pomona. We're looking for reliable individuals to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full benefits available once converted to a permanent employee, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.
Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders using RF scanners

Label, tape, and prepare boxes for shipping

Stack boxes on pallets, shrink-wrap, and move using a manual pallet jack

Perform Kanban audits and inventory checks

Use basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.)

Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Requirements:

1+ year warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping/receiving, or similar)

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk throughout entire shift

Steel toe or composite toe boots required

Strong English communication skills (bilingual preferred)

Basic computer skills

Authorized to work in the U.S.
