Our client, a globally recognized leading designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art power distribution solutions, is RAPIDLY GROWING and expanding their team in Aurora!

$20 - $22 Based on Experience

All Three Shifts Available

• 1st 6:00 am – 2:30 pm M-F
• 2nd 2:00 pm – 12:30 am M-TH
• Weekend Warrior Friday 2:00 pm – 2:00 am, Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 10 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate automated powder coating paint machine
• Load/unload parts into the coating booth
• Conduct visual inspections of coated products to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in painting with a commercial, industrial, or automotive background preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work orders preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and handle heavy parts up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended time periods
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working
