Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Setting up and operating powder metal presses, injection molding machines, and stamping machines.
Reading blueprints to install, remove, and change dies for various production runs.
Ensuring quality control by inspecting components and maintaining strict manufacturing standards.
Performing routine maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
Training new operators, sharing your expertise, and promoting best practices on the production floor.
Have experience in powdered metal processes or related manufacturing operations.
Are skilled in blueprint reading and die setup/changeover.
Know your way around injection molding and stamping machines.
Are detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality, precise components.
Can handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and managing heavy machine parts.
