Flexographic Press Operator Department: Press Hall
FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt – Hourly

- Setup, adjust, maintain, and operate flexographic press.
- Ensure proper job setup with assistance from Press Assistant.
- Perform routine maintenance to promote machine stability and dependability.
- Monitor printing process to maintain high print quality standards.
- Assist in training team members as assigned.
- Adhere to and enforce established safety procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments and maintenance personnel on projects.
- Focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality, Cycle Times, Safety, Cost Reductions, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and core processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of Flexographic Printing experience preferred.
- Previous print industry experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of machinery repair or manufacturing experience required.
- Excellent computer skills and troubleshooting capabilities for printing-related issues.
- Knowledge in plates, stocks, foils, stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes.
- Able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, and up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach frequently throughout shifts.
- Proven ability to perform well under deadlines and meet quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with quality-driven work habits.
- Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and potentially weekends and holidays.
