Contract role – 6-month duration with potential for extension

Managing supplier price changes and analyzing financial impact

Ensuring timely and accurate cost and price updates in the system

Collaborating with Purchasing and Marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies
-
Reviewing and resolving invoice discrepancies
-
Monitoring supplier performance using key pricing reports
-
Supporting negotiations on price increases and cost variances
-
Working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure payment accuracy
-
Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
-
5+ years of related experience in pricing, purchasing, or finance
-
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong analytical and Excel skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

Knowledge of purchasing systems and cost structures

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience with vendor negotiations and pricing strategy

Familiarity with pricing and procurement software

Prior experience in a cross-functional setting
