· Schedule: M-F (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

What a typical day as an Print Support Specialist might look like: 

l Monitor all aspects of the fleet program to maintain performance standards and meet client requirements.
l Engage with Ricoh and third-party resources to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
l Act as a liaison to outside contractors for performance management.
l Oversee the procurement and distribution of JIT parts and supplies, maintaining an onsite inventory.
l Ensure timely service response by monitoring Call/Support Center activity.
l Coordinate machine moves, removals, and new installations.
l Track machine lease expirations and end-of-service life dates.
l Collect and validate periodic meter readings.
l Maintain and update TRAC Fleet Management databases, generating and distributing reports.
l Advocate for customer needs regarding fleet reporting and support.
l Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide insights to the Sales team on emerging business printing technology.
l Support the Service Delivery Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.
 
 This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 

l Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
l Minimum of 2 years project/program management experience with a proven track record in customer service.
l Familiarity with Google worksheets is preferred.
l Basic knowledge of printers, multi-function printers, and multi-function devices.
l Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
l Ability to lift objects weighing less than 20 lbs and perform extensive walking.
l Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for occasional travel.
