Description

Production Assembler – A Shift
Location: Rochester, NY 
(This location is not accessible by public transportation. Reliable independent transportation is required.)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $16.50/hr
Temp with temp-to-hire potential based on performance and business needs

Join a growing contract manufacturing team known for its lean, ISO-certified operations and clean, well-lit work environment. In this role, you'll help build and inspect electromechanical and kitted products used in FDA-regulated and consumer markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform visual inspections and package small to mid-sized components
  • Assemble, kit, sort, and rework parts according to instructions and quality standards
  • Operate hand tools, fixtures, or semi-automatic equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized (5S) work area

Important Notes:
  • You may be assigned to work at one of multiple local sites (all within Monroe County)
  • Some assignments may include light outdoor work as needed
  • This is a clean-room style environment: acrylic nails, nail polish, lash extensions, and jewelry must be removed during work hours

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
