Job Title: Creform Cart Technician
Location: Farmington, CT
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We're seeking a dependable Creform Cart Technician to support production and logistics operations in Farmington, CT. This position involves maintaining, assembling, and repairing Creform carts used throughout the facility, while assisting with shipping, receiving, and general material handling duties. Responsibilities

• Assemble, maintain, and repair Creform carts to support production flow.
• Pack and unpack materials for Creform projects and production use.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and equipment safely.
• Perform visual quality checks on all materials and equipment prior to shipment or use.
• Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.
• Track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Communicate and coordinate with the Production Supervisor on daily priorities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
• Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in assembly, material handling, or logistics preferred.
• Forklift experience required; crane operation a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
