6:00am-2:30pm M-F overtime including weekends
$19.52-$20/hr
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate and play a crucial role in our operations! Located in a thriving facility, this position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment on the first shift. As we transition to first shift operations, you will be instrumental in retrieving orders, packaging, and shipping while working closely with a small team. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Mukilteo, WA
- Pay Rate: $19.52 - $20.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, with overtime as necessary including weekends)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and ship orders according to pick lists and job orders.
- Verify SKUs and amounts before packaging to ensure accuracy.
- Select appropriate items from stock and prepare them for assembly or shipment.
- Perform inventory back-counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assemble kit shells and internal components according to specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners to scan invoices and link products to specific assignments.
- Package orders securely for shipment and ensure all items are properly placed.
- Palletize and shrink wrap orders for safe shipment.
- Handle cold shipment packaging for the Generals production line while following company protocols.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for most of the shift.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand trucks, pallet jacks, box knives, step ladders, tape dispensers, and tape guns safely.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a production setting is a plus.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally.
