Job Title: Assembly Worker
Department: Production
Schedule: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Assembly Workers to join our Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts, components, and finished products according to established specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, maintains quality and safety standards, and is committed to meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and/or machinery

  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, or production diagrams for accurate assembly

  • Inspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Communicate and report defects, material issues, or equipment concerns

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support efficiency and workflow

  • Adhere to all company policies, quality guidelines, and safety regulations

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)

  • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work

  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in plastic, automotive, or light industrial assembly

  • Ability to read and follow blueprints or written work instructions

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
