Location: 314 Mooresville Blvd, Mooresville, NC
Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 (Day & Night Shifts Available)
Pay: $16.00/hr (Day) | $17.00/hr (Night)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Hourly

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Team Members to support operations in our Thermal and Print departments. In this role, you will operate production equipment, assemble plastic products (cups, lids, trays, and packaging), and ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

  • Assemble, pack, and inspect plastic products per job specifications

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

  • Inspect materials for defects and report equipment issues promptly

  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times

  • Adhere to attendance expectations and call-in procedures

Requirements
  • Ability to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (days or nights)

  • Steel-toe shoes required on first day, including orientation

  • Reliable attendance and strong communication skills

  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality performance

Available Shifts & Pay

Thermal Department

  • Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $16.00/hr

  • Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.00/hr

Print Department

  • Day: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM | $16.00/hr

  • Night: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM | $17.00/hr

  • PPE provided (excluding steel-toe shoes)
