- Maintaining quality and efficiency throughout the production process
- Working closely with a team of permanent and temporary employees to achieve production goals
- Overseeing kit packing and packaging operations
- Reporting to production supervisors or managers, as required
- Have 1-3 years of manufacturing or production line experience (required)
- Bring expertise in kit packing and packaging processes
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Are comfortable working 1st or 2nd shift, Monday through Friday
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
