Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Day Shift: $17.54/hr
Night Shift: $19.04/hr (includes $1.50 shift differential)

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

12-hour rotating schedule with built-in days off

What's a typical day as a Production Machine Operator? You'll be:

• Operating and monitoring assigned production equipment to maintain productivity and product quality
• Performing visual and functional quality checks every 15 minutes to ensure standards are met
• Reporting equipment, safety, productivity, or quality issues promptly to Shift Leader or Technician
• Meeting or exceeding production quotas while maintaining consistent cycle times
• Following all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and lock-out/tag-out procedures
• Keeping your workstation neat, orderly, and ready for the next shift
• Conducting thorough machine cleanouts and completing necessary paperwork at shift change
• Communicating effectively with previous and following shift operators to ensure seamless transitions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in manufacturing or production (preferred, but not required)
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Are comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts and can stand for extended/full shift timeframe
• Can lift up to 40 lbs and handle light to moderate physical effort
• Possess basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and team-focused
• Communicate clearly and take direction well
