Description

We are seeking motivated candidates to fill two openings in our production facility on 2nd Shift: 3PM-11PM M-F

  1. Rubber Mixer 

  2. Metal Treatment Technician

1. Rubber Mixer - $24.72/HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Mix ingredients into the Banbury mixer, monitor temperature, and drop batches

  • Monitor computer console to ensure proper mix recipes

  • Weigh raw materials per formulated recipes using scales; adjust portions to specified weights

  • Read and follow formula/recipe to determine material types and quantities

  • Record material weights for production tracking or maintain perpetual inventory

  • Dump materials in prescribed sequence into roller-mounted boxes

  • Transfer weighed materials to production or storage areas using rollers or hand trucks

  • Sort weighed materials into designated bins/containers by type or weight

  • Operate the 84? mill: start, monitor, cut, and end milling cycles per procedure

  • Sheet, stack, and pack rubber—both manually and automatically—for shipping

  • Maintain operator-controlled quality throughout all processes

  • Complete all Mixvision and SAP transactions accurately

  • Weigh and deliver mixed rubber to appropriate areas

  • Keep work area clean, neat, and safe

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures

  • Comfortable using computerized control consoles and inventory systems

  • Physically able to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to wear respirator and other required PPE

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

2. Metal Treatment Technician - $23.01/HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule case prep/treat equipment clean-out and recharge cycles

  • Coordinate disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations

  • Monitor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) responsibilities for all prep/treat equipment

  • Track chemical inventory and coordinate re-order points with suppliers (BGL)

  • Perform titrations on phosphating equipment according to run charts

  • Manage Kanban and spot orders to maintain smooth workflow

  • Maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and process charts

  • Perform other duties as directed by supervision

Qualifications

  • Excellent attendance record

  • Ability to perform physical demands of the role: moderate lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
