Production Packer – Overnight Shift (Immediate Start)

Location: Canandaigua, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Pay: $19.07/hour
Days Off: Friday–Saturday or Sunday–Monday

We are urgently hiring reliable team members for our overnight crew. This position involves working in a temperature-controlled food production facility, packaging finished products, inspecting for quality, and preparing items for shipment. Tours available immediately, and if it's a good fit, you can begin the onboarding process right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack finished goods into appropriate containers
• Inspect packaged items for quality and report defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
• Assist with light troubleshooting and equipment resets
• Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets
• Prepare packaged goods for shipping and storage

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety/quality standards
• No acrylic nails, nail polish, false lashes, or jewelry allowed due to food safety regulations
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to tour facility before starting
