Quality and Training Supervisor (On-Site) Role Overview This is a 100% on-site position located at our South Windsor facility. As the Quality and Training Supervisor, you will lead quality investigations, oversee compliance, and drive the development of our operational training programs. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Position Details

  • Location: South Windsor (On-Site 100%)
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annual
  • Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Key Responsibilities Quality Operations
  • Investigations: Lead quality investigations and root-cause analyses.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely quality reports and communicate trends to leadership.
  • Compliance: Support internal audits and ensure the facility is always audit-ready.
  • Standards: Oversee inspection processes and verify adherence to quality standards.
  • Improvement: Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Coaching: Provide leadership, coaching, and support for quality team members.
  • Culture: Promote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.
Training & Development
  • Program Management: Lead the development, delivery, and oversight of quality and operational training programs.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and certification requirements.
  • Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments using audit results and performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work with operational managers to ensure training meets expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.
  • Execution: Facilitate group training, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching across multiple shifts.
  • Tracking: Track training completion and maintain accurate training compliance records.
Qualifications Required:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality.
  • Skills: Strong investigative, analytical, and technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of auditing principles and inspection processes.
  • Tools: Experience with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, LEAN, or Six Sigma.
Preferred:
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service quality environments.
  • Certifications such as CQT, CQI, Six Sigma, or LEAN.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards or related quality frameworks.
  • Experience using AI-driven tools to strengthen quality investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience.
