Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$33/hour

What's a typical day as a Production Supervisor? You'll be:
• Coaching safety, quality, and productivity to ensure objectives are met through standardized work processes.
• Optimizing throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives, while monitoring ANDON occurrences as the first responder for secondary support.
• Verifying that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts through process confirmation and supporting Kaizen initiatives.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Are able to work any shift, including rotating shifts and weekends, and can work independently with limited supervision.
• Possess strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills, and can effectively manage conflict while holding a unionized workforce accountable for safety, quality, and throughput.
