Production Technician – Rock Hill, SC Location: Rock Hill, SC
Job Type: Full-time (12-hour rotating shifts; overtime required)

Are you a dedicated individual looking to join a team where your contributions truly matter? We are searching for a committed Production Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Rock Hill, SC—a vital site to our organization's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Join a team focused on supporting production plans within our manufacturing area.
- Troubleshoot equipment, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues.
- Recognize quality concerns and make real-time adjustments to ensure products meet the highest standards.
- Perform general equipment upkeep to enhance reliability and consistency in processes and products.
- Apply your knowledge of manufacturing to achieve and surpass performance targets.
- Conduct all required material handling, including proper packaging and labeling of finished goods.
- Tie or splice ends to repair breaks in creel and throughout the production line.
- Inspect fiber for splices from creel to winders, utilizing production forms for setup along the fiber path.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, working closely with mechanical machinery.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Stable work history.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with team members.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Ability to sit or stand for 10–12 hours (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and consistently climbing stairs.
- Competence in operating computers and related production systems.
- Must successfully complete Essential Function Testing and respirator fit requirements.
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling fiber or web—especially in nonwovens, textiles, fabrics, plastic sheeting, or paper.
