What You'll Do:
You'll support a diverse set of initiatives that span global employee engagement, content development, and strategic communications. Key responsibilities include:
• Impact Validation Project - Validate and analyze corporate impacts from 2017–2024; summarize insights for internal reporting.
• Ambassador Program Support - Develop a 2025 engagement plan and maintain the Ambassador online community via Teams and social media platforms.
• Internal Site Refresh - Redesign and update the company's SharePoint-based internal communications site.
• International Day of the Girl - Assist with global program execution, communications strategy, and 2026 planning.
• Administrative Support & Annual Planning - Schedule and coordinate global meetings, capture meeting notes, support planning for 2025–2026 initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• 3–5 years of experience with a college degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Strong project management, scheduling, and logistics coordination skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in research, AI tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and content development.
• Strong business writing, editing, and presentation development.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-literate (including basic math and trend analysis).
