Pay rate and Shift:

Job Duration: 24+ Month
Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm / Hybrid; 2-3 days in office
Pay : $41.20/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
The candidate, International Digital Operations Project Coordinator III is responsible for implementing tactical plans to activate International Commercial Operations internal digital communications programs. This individual will maintain a broad understanding of clients capabilities and technologies in digital communications, primarily using SharePoint and Staff base, as well as the latest trends in intranet development and emerging communications channels. This person will partner with IDO Project Managers, cross-divisional functions, brands, affiliates, operations, systems, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, external vendors and alliance partners to ensure the objectives of clients internal digital communications strategies are being met.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of internal digital communications strategies to support clients business via the intranet and other media/channels. 
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
In conjunction with the Project Manager, develops and implements initiatives, supporting Commercial Operations brands, functions, teams and programs
Takes the lead on smaller scale initiatives, with oversight from the Project Manager
Supports clients with design, implementation and distribution of internal communications including email blasts, newsletters, etc.
Monitors internet behavior and conducts usability studies to yield actionable insights that help to shape strategy and tactics
Measures usage and implementation; provides actionable strategies on how to increase value
Identifies opportunities to expand marketing & communication innovation and to effectively leverage existing capabilities across brands, areas and affiliates and the broader clients organization.
Supports IDO Project Managers on internal communications, at times takes the lead as communications point of contact
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand each team's business needs to co-create internal digital platforms.
Maintains subject matter expertise regarding internal digital and intranet program operations in support of product managers, functional directors, public affairs, design agencies, as well as other key stakeholders. Provides guidance and consultation to internal and external stakeholders on execution of internal digital communications strategies
Utilizes knowledge of key drivers, factors and services needed to effectively communicate digitally with an internal audience
Understands business requirements, design requirements, and technology capabilities, and monitors industry trends, competitive landscape and technology trends.
Partners with Commercial Operations organizations, communities, and teams to recommend/implement programs to enhance user experience, functionality and usage
Provides analysis of internal gaps, benchmarking against leaders in the industry, and digital communication opportunities to enhance business results
Identifies opportunities for strategic alliances and best practice sharing across functions
Utilizes available technology to facilitate user engagement
Ensures alignment with corporate digital structure

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or IT preferred.
3-5 years of related work experience in the digital, design or communication environment. In addition, at least 2 years of managing projects with internal/external clients. 
Basic knowledge of SharePoint O365Graphic design experience is a plus.
Requires knowledge of digital communication channels, the intranet (internal communications), and a good understanding of the latest technologies and trends. Other requirements
Experience with developing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills.
Must be able to understand key business objectives and to develop appropriate strategies to address specific business needs.
A strong customer service orientation, as well as proven problem-solving and consultancy skills, are required.
Content management experience is preferred, as is experience using Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The ability to work individually as well as part of a team
Must demonstrate professionalism and maintain a positive attitude
Takes ownership of projects with little oversight
