Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $34.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Remote (US)

What's a typical day as Project Coordinator? You'll be:
• Providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and addressing routine information requests.
• Gathering, compiling, and verifying information, and entering it accurately into reports, presentations, and office systems.
• Managing vendor and HCP account set-ups, contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, and capital equipment requests.
• Track and follow up on budget expenditures, accruals, reconcile vendor invoices, and coordinate and track department purchase through J&J Systems.
• Create Totality identification numbers related to Healthcare Professionals, region cross charge tracking, global faculty compliance, facilities, and agencies to ensure transparency of payments issued by J&J.
• Manage education mailbox including sending out emails, replying to email requests or questions, and gathering answers to emails from the education team when appropriate.
• Create master calendar, event registrations, manage attendance, execute surveys, and report out on learning metrics in Cvent and Axonify or other learning systems.
• Coordinate meeting requests onsite/offsite for room set-up, audio/video equipment, meeting supplies, and event check in of attendees.
• Virtual support including new employee onboarding, creating polling and breakouts, taking attendance, and managing Q&A using for Zoom, Teams or other webinar software.
• Create learning paths/curriculums & register learners into curriculum in Axonify and JJI or other learning systems.
• Upload assets into Axonify, JJI and/or the Mentor Faculty HUB
• Audit education Axonify and JJI assets and proactively notify appropriate education team member of assets that will be expiring and remove expired assets.
• Update education assets and field communications (PPTs, emails, word) following J&J & Mentor brand guidelines.• Gathering
• Submit education assets to J&J copy approval system(s).• Gathering

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold an Associate's degree or have equivalent work experience with 1-2 years in project coordination (required).
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Have self-direction, dependable, creative, initiative-taking, resourceful, and flexible.
• 10-20% annual travel onsite to support events as needed.
• Experience with purchasing, technology and/or finance strongly preferred.
• Medical experience and background is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel is a must (e.g. pivot table, charts, etc)
