Project & Data Validation Coordinator – Fully Remote | $26–$27.50/hr
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to meaningful global initiatives—all while working from home? We're seeking a Project & Data Validation Coordinator to support impactful programs and community engagement efforts.
Pay Rate: $26.00–$27.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)
What You'll Do
• Lead the Impact Validation Project (2017–2024 data review) from October–December 2025.
• Provide administrative and planning support, including scheduling, meeting minutes, and annual planning.
• Assist with communications, reporting, and other project tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Experience: 3–5 years with a degree, OR 5+ years without a degree.
• Skills: Data validation, analysis, reporting, and general math (percentages).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and tech tools (AI, Copilot, etc.).
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital.
• Social media proficiency (LinkedIn, IG, Twitter, FB) and online engagement experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful, and able to work independently.
