Job Summary: The Project Execution Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition from our current system to a new ERP solution. In this position, you will manage administrative tasks related to the migration process, facilitate collaboration across departments, and drive the project towards achieving its objectives.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Position Type: Temporary, this is an 8-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Development:
- Support the development and maintenance of the ERP migration project plan, aligning it with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for the migration.
- General and Task Management:
- Handle administrative aspects of the migration, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking milestones.
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in formulating testing protocols and supporting change management activities.
- Data Management:
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for the migration process.
- Generate reports to track project status, risks, and issues for management.
- Training and Communication:
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for affected staff.
- Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and changes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder support.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to organizational project management policies.
- Support audits and compliance checks related to the ERP migration.
- People Management:
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for smooth integration and communication.
- Act as a liaison to resolve administrative or logistical issues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
