Title: Project Manager
Location: Conway, AR
Job Type: Contract to Hire – 6-12 Months (Full Benefits/PTO Included during contract)
Pay Rate: $34-$44/HR – based on experience

SUMMARY

Together, they drive significant technological advancements across industries such as automotive, data centers, industrial automation, healthcare, 5G, cloud computing, and consumer devices.In this role, you will support and help drive the execution of various projects, ensuring that all phases—from planning and scheduling to documentation and follow-up—progress smoothly and efficiently. This position involves coordinating activities, close collaboration with cross-functional teams and will focus primarily on advancing Proof of Concept (POC) lab initiatives, supporting Advanced Manufacturing, and handling additional operations projects as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting projects by assisting with development and maintenance of action plans - including resource allocation, setting timelines, ensuring budgets
  • Coordinating project activities and liaising between team members and managers.
  • Ensuring all project documentation—such as schedules, budgets, and reports—is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible
  • Scheduling and facilitating stakeholder meetings, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring prompt follow-up on action items
  • Monitoring and tracking milestones and deliverables to promote on-time, quality project execution.
  • Proactively identifying project risks and supporting mitigation planning - escalating issues as needed.
  • Providing day-to-day coordination support for Proof-of-Concept labs, Advanced Technology, and Operations Project Management execution
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination
  • Experience supporting project plans, scheduling, documentation, and status reporting
  • Experience using project collaboration tools and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and operations processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with JIRA, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet
  • Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean language skills
