Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Location: Hybrid (work remotely Monday, Wednesday, Friday / in-office Tuesday and Thursday)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Maintain supplies and provide customer service support for the district.

Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls and unit communications.

Process, distribute, and track mail, faxes, and routine correspondence.
-
Administer requests and manage boxed documents through Iron Mountain.
-
Maintain employee equipment inventory, contact lists, and distribution directories.
-
Perform filing, data entry, report tracking, and electronic document management.
-
Scan, rename, move, and organize files across Microsoft and Google platforms.

Support the unit with administrative projects such as mailing CVP forms, property notices, and reference materials.

Review and proof communications, verify links, and ensure adherence to standard naming conventions.

Prior administrative or general office experience.

Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills with advanced computer skills.

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities (preferred).
