Pay rate is $18.74/hour - $24/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 work from home
This is a long-term opportunity going through 2026

What's a typical day as a Provider Network Representative? You'll be:
• Providing information and assistance to resolve problems experienced by practitioners in their contractual relationships with the company
• Assisting in providing training and continuing policy education to provider staff
• Submitting reports on service and recruiting activities
• Responding to fee requests from providers
• Developing and maintaining a good working relationship with internal departments and external contacts
• Maintaining a high level of expertise in pricing arrangements, contract requirements, benefits, claims processing, and utilization review
• Complying with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, and Compliance Program policies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of work experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
• Have 3 years of experience in Network Management, Credentialing, and/or Customer Service
• Have an understanding of healthcare contracts, applications, and products
• Have working knowledge of claims processing systems
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Have analytical and organizational skills
• Have experience meeting deadlines and working well under pressure
