Job Summary: The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the procurement staff in the purchase of products, supplies, equipment and materials for the operations department.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Position Type: Full Time – Long term temporary
Key Responsibilities:

• Performs purchase order data entry as needed.
• Updates corrective action log as directed.
• Maintains filing systems.
• Tracks expedited orders for components or products.
• Compare products received against products ordered and check condition of products.
• Reports discrepancies and damage to management.

Top Three Skills:

• MS Office proficiency
• communication skills
• Ability to learn applications such as eMP, Ariba, Planisware.
