We are currently seeking a QA Training Specialist to join one of our top pharmaceutical industry clients in Gurabo, PR.
Position Details:
- Salary: $800 /week (Full-time, Kelly Direct BPO – Includes Benefits)
- Schedule: Administrative shift, Monday–Friday; other shifts may be available as needed
- Location: Gurabo, PR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Natural Science or related field (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices), compliance, and technical writing
- Experience in training and curricula development; ability to develop new training programs
- Strong computer and software skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Experience with compliance aspects preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, organize, and lead orientation and training programs for employees in the QA Compliance area
- Develop alternative training methods to improve results as needed
- Create programs to cultivate executive potential in lower-level positions
- Evaluate and update training materials (outlines, texts, handouts)
- Monitor industry developments to facilitate knowledge and ensure compliance
- Assess training effectiveness through exams and on-the-job evaluations
