Job Overview:As part of our Quality Control Microbiologist Talent Pipeline, you'll be a key contributor in maintaining product and environmental safety within regulated laboratory and manufacturing settings. Your work will focus on detecting, identifying, and mitigating microbial contamination using industry-standard practices. Key Responsibilities:-
Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and controlled environments, including air, surface, and water sampling.

Conduct microbiological testing (e.g., bioburden, sterility, endotoxin/LAL testing) on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.

Execute microbial limit testing per USP <61> and <62> guidelines.

Handle microbial cultures, identify organisms, and maintain strain libraries and controls.

Prepare and validate culture media, and conduct growth promotion testing.

Test water systems (e.g., Purified Water, WFI) for microbial content, TOC, and conductivity.

Accurately record results in compliance with GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards.

Investigate deviations and participate in root cause analysis and CAPA processes.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, and microscopes.

Support regulatory audits and inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA) through thorough documentation and process adherence.

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.).

Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated QC or microbiology laboratory.

Familiarity with FDA, USP, ISO, and other regulatory standards and guidelines.

Strong aseptic technique and understanding of contamination control practices.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and document results accurately.

Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative team environments.
