Kelly Science & Clinical has a new, permanent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate in Cincinnati, OH!

A Direct Hire Opportunity
Shift: M-F | 7:30am-4pm
Pay: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve manufacturing and batch records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with cGMP.
  • Assist in creating, revising, and implementing SOPs to meet regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain and monitor document control systems for quality documents.
  • Perform quality checks during manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to support lab investigations and testing.
  • Assist in preparing for regulatory inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Attention to detail and resolution of quality issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in quality management and electronic document control systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with quality systems (deviation management, CAPAs, change controls).
  • Knowledge of ICH Q7, ISO 22442, EU guidelines.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections or audits.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, quality assurance principles, SPC, statistics preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in good record-keeping practices.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English to complete required forms.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Respectful, approachable, and team-oriented, with the ability to build strong working relationship
