Pay rate: $20-26 per hour

As a Laboratory Technician in our client's cutting-edge Research & Development (R&D) Laboratory, you'll play an essential role in the development and analysis of groundbreaking activated carbon solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Advanced Analyses: Execute daily laboratory tests on R&D products and raw materials, ensuring precise and accurate analytical results that drive our innovations.
• Quality Assurance: Proactively monitor test methods to guarantee adherence to quality standards and compliance, driving excellence in our products.
• Instrument Supervision: Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the functionality of laboratory instruments, facilitating seamless operations across the lab.
• Safety Leadership: Uphold and promote rigorous lab safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.
• Innovative Experimentation: Contribute to the setup and procurement of equipment for novel experiments and tests.
• Process Documentation: Assist in crafting and refining analytical procedures, ensuring the continual enhancement of laboratory workflows.
• Record Keeping: Keep meticulous daily lab notebooks detailing experiments and results, curating a repository of valuable data.
• Housekeeping & Team Support: Maintain an organized laboratory environment and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in math and science, with proven experience in laboratory environments and analytical instrumentation.

Experience & Education

• Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or relevant fields.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience, showcasing strong analytical instrumentation capabilities.
