Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day (Extremely rare to work on Saturdays)
Pay: $21/hour (40 hours per week + frequent overtime)
Location: Phoenix AZ 85009              
About the Job:
The primary responsibility is to operate a reach machine to load and unload trucks transporting metal concrete forming equipment, ensuring supplies are organized, documented, and in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a reach truck to load and unload trucks throughout the day.
  • Inspect, organize, stack, and restack metal concrete forming equipment and supplies.
  • Receive and document incoming deliveries, inspecting tools, hardware, and products for quality and usability.
  • Prepare and pack supplies for shipment to construction job sites.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the yard and supply areas.
  • Ensure all products and tools are in good working order.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment.
  • Construction, tools, or material handling knowledge (able to identify and inspect drills, screwdrivers, hammers, mallets, power tools, etc.).
  • Ability to lift between 1lb and 50lbs.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • A motivated, hard-working, and team-oriented attitude.
