Responsabilidades principales:

• Atender y canalizar llamadas a través del cuadro telefónico.
• Recibir y orientar clientes y visitantes con una actitud cordial y profesional.
• Distribuir mensajes y correspondencia a los empleados de la firma.
• Brindar apoyo administrativo a distintos departamentos según sea necesario.
• Manejar llamadas de clientes potenciales y recopilar información inicial para los abogados.

Requisitos:

• Bilingüe (español e inglés).
• Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel y Word).
• Excelente presentación, comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.

Ofrecemos:

• Salario competitivo de $12.00 por hora.
• Horario regular de lunes a viernes, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Ubicación céntrica en Hato Rey.
• Estacionamiento incluido.
