Receptionist II
As a Receptionist II, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining office organization, and providing exceptional customer service.
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay: $19 per hour
Job Type: Short-Term, Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office, ensuring adherence to COVID-19 protocols, EHS, and security measures.
- Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and deliver them promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, sorting and dispensing mail efficiently.
- Maintain internal and external ticket systems, providing support and resolution.
- Assist with booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and ensuring proper setup.
- Clean and tidy common office spaces, including conference rooms, collaboration areas, etc.
- Regularly check and order office stock, including:
- Refreshments for daily offerings
- Special refreshment offerings
- Various office supplies
- Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures, including EHS and security policies.
- Monitor CCTV cameras at the reception desk.
- Support the local refreshment program by assisting with distribution, scheduling, and clean-up.
- Distribute welcome packages to new hires.
- Assist with facilities vendors/contractors and related site projects.
- Handle ad hoc facilities requests.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
