Offre d'emploi – Réceptionniste (poste à long terme)

Lieu : Bureaux à Saint-Siméon-de-Bonaventure
Horaire : Les mercredis de 9 h à 15 h (entre 4 à 6 heures par jour)

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une réceptionniste fiable, professionnelle et organisée pour combler un poste  les mercredis.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• Accueillir chaleureusement les visiteurs

• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les rediriger au besoin

• Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant

• Effectuer diverses tâches administratives de soutien

Profil recherché :

• Sens aigu de l'organisation et des priorités

• Excellentes habiletés en communication

• Autonomie, discrétion et professionnalisme

• Expérience en réception ou en administration (un atout)
